91 Travel is an immigration consulting firm registered and operating in Hyderabad, India. We provide immigration strategy, visa application guidance, document review, and related consulting services.

We are not a law firm. Our consultants are immigration professionals, not solicitors, barristers, or advocates. Nothing in our communications constitutes legal advice. Where your situation requires legal representation, we will advise you accordingly.

By using our website, submitting an enquiry, booking a counselling session, or signing a service agreement, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms
• Where engaging on behalf of another person, you have authority to do so

3.1 Nature of Services

We provide immigration consulting services including eligibility assessment, strategy development, visa application preparation, skills assessment guidance, Provincial Nominee Program management, interview preparation, and post-visa settlement guidance.

3.2 No Guarantee of Outcome

This is the most important clause in these Terms.

Immigration decisions are made exclusively by the relevant government authority. 91 Travel has no influence over, and makes no representations regarding, the outcome of any visa application, skills assessment, or immigration process.

Any consultant who guarantees a visa outcome is misrepresenting the nature of immigration processes. What we guarantee is the quality, diligence, and honesty of our professional service.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information and documents you provide are accurate, complete, and truthful. Submitting false information to an immigration authority can result in visa refusal, cancellation, or a permanent bar.

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your personal circumstances and qualifications
• Disclose relevant history including previous visa refusals and criminal history
• Respond promptly to requests for information and documents
• Review documents carefully before they are submitted
• Keep us informed of any changes to your circumstances
• Maintain honest communication at all times

Fees are set out in your individual service agreement. We do not charge for the initial free counselling session.

A deposit is required before work commences. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees unless otherwise specified.

Our fees do not include government visa application fees, skills assessment fees, translation costs, language test fees, medical examination fees, police clearance fees, or any other third-party costs.

Our refund policy is set out in a separate Refund Policy document. Key principles:

• Pre-commencement cancellation, refund of deposit less administrative costs
• Post-commencement cancellation, assessed on a case-by-case basis
• Visa refusal, does not entitle you to a refund of our service fees

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal information except as required to deliver our services, comply with legal obligations, or as set out in our Privacy Policy.

All content on our website is the property of 91 Travel and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view, download, and print content for personal, non-commercial use only.

• No liability for immigration outcomes, decisions made by government authorities are outside our control
• No liability for policy changes, immigration policy is determined by government
• No liability for client-provided information, we cannot be responsible for inaccurate information you provide
• General limitation, our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid in the six months preceding the claim

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

You may terminate your engagement at any time by providing written notice to info@91travel.in.

We may terminate if you provide false information, engage in abusive conduct, fail to make payment, or if continuing would require us to act unethically.

Our consultants are committed to providing honest, accurate, and complete advice; never submitting information we believe to be false; and maintaining client confidentiality. If you have a concern about professional conduct, contact us at info@91travel.in.

Step 1, Email info@91travel.in with the subject line “Formal Complaint.” We will respond within ten business days.

Step 2, If not satisfied, escalate to the relevant regulatory body for immigration consulting in India.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any service agreement between you and 91 Travel, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
