Refund Policy

At 91 Travel, we are committed to delivering professional, diligent, and honest immigration consulting services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds apply, when they do not, and how to request one.

The most important thing to understand: Immigration decisions are made exclusively by government authorities, not by 91 Travel. A visa refusal, a negative skills assessment, or an unsuccessful expression of interest does not entitle you to a refund of our service fees. Our fees are for the professional service we provide, not for the outcome of the government's decision.

1. What Our Fees Cover

Our fees cover:

  • Profile assessment and strategy development
  • Identification of eligible immigration pathways
  • Document review, audit, and gap analysis
  • Application preparation and compilation
  • Expression of interest and PNP management
  • Skills assessment guidance
  • Interview preparation
  • Ongoing case management and communication

Our fees do not cover: Government visa application fees, skills assessment fees, language test fees, document translation costs, medical examination fees, police clearance fees, courier costs, or any other third-party fees.

2. Free Counselling Session

The initial counselling session is provided at no charge. A paid engagement begins only when a service agreement is signed and a deposit payment is received.

3. When Refunds Apply

Cancellation Before Work Commences

Refund of your deposit less a non-refundable administrative fee of ₹2,500. “Before work commences” means before documents have been reviewed, strategy communicated, or any application initiated. Refunds processed within 14 working days.

Duplicate Payment

Duplicate amount refunded in full within 7 working days.

Service Not Delivered

If 91 Travel is unable to deliver the specified services due to circumstances within our control, you are entitled to a refund of fees paid for the undelivered portion.

4. When Refunds Do Not Apply

  • Visa refusal, a government decision does not entitle you to a refund
  • Cancellation after work commenced, assessed case-by-case; fees for completed work are non-refundable
  • Change of mind or plans, does not automatically entitle you to a refund
  • Negative skills assessment, a third-party authority decision
  • Expression of interest not receiving an invitation, due to score competition or policy changes
  • Immigration policy changes, outside our control
  • Client-caused delay or failure, inaccurate information, missing documents, non-disclosure
  • Dissatisfaction without professional error, immigration is inherently uncertain

5. Professional Error

What constitutes a professional error:

  • Submission of incorrect information where we had responsibility
  • Missing a deadline within our control
  • Failure to advise on a material eligibility issue that was reasonably discoverable
  • Application submitted under the wrong program or visa subclass

What does not constitute a professional error: Visa refusal based on the authority's assessment, negative skills assessment outcomes, policy changes, errors from inaccurate client-provided information, or government processing delays.

6. How to Request a Refund

Step 1, Email info@91travel.in with subject line “Refund Request,” including your name, case reference, amount requested, reason, and supporting documentation.

Step 2, We acknowledge receipt within two business days.

Step 3, We review your request and may request additional information.

Step 4, Decision communicated in writing within ten business days.

Step 5, Approved refunds processed within 14 working days.

7. Third-Party Fees

91 Travel accepts no responsibility for refunding any third-party fees including government visa application fees, skills assessment fees, language test fees, document translation costs, medical fees, police clearance fees, courier costs, or blocked account fees. These are governed by the relevant authority's own policies.

8. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our decision, you may escalate the matter as a formal complaint under our Terms of Service. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and transparently.
