Get Your Tourist Visa Approved on the First Try.
Tourist visa refusals are more common than you think, and almost always avoidable. The difference between approval and rejection is documentation, intent clarity, and knowing what each embassy looks for.
Most Rejections Are Preventable. Most People Don't Know That.
You've planned the trip. Booked the time off work. Maybe even told the family. Then the rejection email arrives.
Tourist visa refusals rarely happen because the applicant was ineligible. They happen because the application told the wrong story.
An inconsistent financial statement. A travel history gap read as a red flag. A cover letter that raised more questions than it answered. An ITR that didn't match the bank statement.
The visa officer doesn't know you. Your documents are you. If they don't tell a clear, consistent story, you don't get the visa.

We Don't Just Submit Applications. We Build Cases.
At 91 Travel, a tourist visa application is a case built around your specific profile, travel history, financial situation, and your target embassy's requirements.
Before we submit a single document, we ask: does this application answer every question the embassy will have? If not, we fix it before it costs you.
Tourist Visa Services We Offer
Canada Tourist Visa (TRV)
One of the most commonly refused visas for Indian applicants, and one of the most strategically winnable with the right file.
Australia Visitor Visa (Subclass 600)
Strong ties to home country, clear travel intent, and financial sufficiency are everything here.
UK Standard Visitor Visa
Strict requirements around financial evidence and accommodation proof. A weak cover letter is the single most common reason for refusal.
Germany / Schengen Visa
Precise itinerary documentation, travel insurance with correct coverage limits, and a sponsor letter that holds up to scrutiny.
USA B1/B2 Visitor Visa
The US visa interview is where most applications succeed or fail. We prepare you, not just your documents.
What You Get When You Work With Us
A document audit before anything is submitted
We review every document in your file, bank statements, ITR, property documents, employment letters, and identify anything an immigration officer could use to question your application.
Which means: You fix problems before they become refusals.
A cover letter that actually works
Most cover letters are generic. Ours are written specifically for your travel history, your employment situation, and your destination country's known refusal patterns.
Which means: The officer reviewing your file gets a clear, credible story.
Financial documentation strategy
We tell you exactly how much to show, in what accounts, for how long, and how to present it without raising the flags that trigger additional scrutiny.
Which means: Your financials strengthen your application instead of complicating it.
Interview preparation (where applicable)
For US B1/B2 and select other visas, we run full mock interview sessions so you walk into the embassy knowing exactly what to say, and what not to say.
Which means: You're not caught off guard by a question that derails your approval.
Previous refusal recovery
Already been rejected once? A reapplication without addressing the root cause of the refusal is almost guaranteed to fail again. We analyse your refusal, fix the gaps, and rebuild the case.
Which means: Your second application is fundamentally stronger than your first.

Questions We Hear Every Day
Can I apply even if I've been rejected before?
Yes, but not without understanding why you were rejected. A reapplication that doesn't address the root cause of the refusal has a very high chance of failing again. We always start with a refusal analysis.
How far in advance should I apply?
For most countries, we recommend starting at least 6β8 weeks before your travel date, longer during peak seasons. Some embassies are running longer than that right now. Don't leave this to the last month.
I'm self-employed. Will that hurt my application?
Not if it's documented correctly. Self-employed applicants need a different set of financial documents than salaried applicants. We handle this regularly.
What if my bank balance isn't very high?
Bank balance is one factor, not the only one. Property ownership, employment stability, family ties, and travel history all contribute to the picture. We'll tell you honestly whether your profile is strong enough and what, if anything, needs to be strengthened.
Do you guarantee approval?
No. Any consultant who guarantees a tourist visa approval is lying to you, the final decision rests entirely with the embassy. What we guarantee is that your application will be as strong as it can possibly be before it's submitted.
