Get Your Canada PR Through Provincial Nomination.
The Provincial Nominee Program exists for skilled professionals who don't make the federal cutoff. A provincial nomination adds 600 points to your CRS score, effectively guaranteeing an ITA.
You've Been Told to Wait. You Don't Have To.
Your CRS score sits between 380 and 470. You've been in the pool without an invitation. A consultant told you to "just wait."
Canada has 13 provinces and territories, most running their own immigration programs designed to attract skilled workers their local economy needs. A nomination from any one of them adds 600 points.
At a recent draw cutoff of 490, that means your effective score becomes 1,090. An ITA is not a question of if, but when.
The PNP isn't a consolation prize. For the right profile, it's the fastest route to Canadian PR.

Thirteen Provinces. Dozens of Streams. One That's Right for You.
Over 80 active PNP streams exist at any given time. Knowing which streams align with your occupation, experience, and settlement goals requires systematic assessment.
At 91 Travel, we don't guess which province might work. We evaluate every stream your profile qualifies for.
What We Do That a Google Search Can't
Systematic stream matching across all active programs
With 80+ active PNP streams at any given time, manual assessment is the only way to find your real options. We evaluate every stream against your occupation, NOC code, work experience, and educational credentials.
Which means: You don't miss the stream that was built for your exact profile.
NOC code verification and occupation alignment
Your occupation must match the NOC code used in the PNP stream, and that match is more nuanced than job title alignment. A wrong NOC code means your application is assessed under the wrong criteria.
Which means: Your application is built on the correct occupational foundation from the start.
Expression of Interest strategy
Many provinces run their own EOI pools before issuing invitations to apply. We build your provincial EOI profile for maximum score and visibility within that province's ranking system.
Which means: You're competitive within the provincial pool, not just eligible for it.
Employer and settlement evidence guidance
Several PNP streams give significant weight to ties to the province, a job offer, a letter of support from an employer, evidence of settlement funds specific to that province.
Which means: Your application demonstrates genuine intent to settle, which is what provincial nominations are designed to reward.
Parallel federal and provincial strategy
Your Express Entry profile and your PNP applications run simultaneously. We manage both tracks so you're covered from multiple angles at the same time.
Which means: You're not choosing between federal and provincial, you're pursuing both strategically.
Post-nomination federal application management
A provincial nomination is not the finish line. After nomination, you still need to submit a complete federal permanent residency application.
Which means: The process doesn't stall after the nomination. It accelerates.
The PNP Works Best for These Profiles
For certain profiles, the PNP is categorically faster than the federal route.
- ◆Your CRS score is between 350 and 490 and you've been waiting in the federal pool without an ITA
- ◆You work in an occupation that a specific province has identified as in-demand
- ◆You have a connection to a specific province, a job offer, a family member, a previous work or study experience
- ◆You're a healthcare professional, tradesperson, or agricultural worker, categories many provinces prioritise
- ◆You're open to settling outside the major metros, smaller provinces often have faster, more accessible streams
- ◆You want to pursue PR faster than the federal general pool timeline allows
We cover applicants from: Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Warangal, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, and across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Questions We Hear Every Day
Do I need a job offer to apply through a PNP?
It depends on the stream. Some require a job offer from an employer in that province. Others don't require one but may give additional points. We assess which streams you qualify for with and without a job offer.
Can I apply to multiple provinces at the same time?
In most cases, yes, and for applicants with a mid-range CRS score, applying to multiple provincial streams simultaneously is often the right strategy.
Does being nominated by a province mean I have to live there permanently?
A provincial nomination carries an expectation that you'll settle in that province. However, once you receive Canadian permanent residency, you have mobility rights across Canada as a PR holder.
How long does the PNP process take from application to PR?
This varies significantly by province and stream. Express Entry-linked nominations lead to an ITA in the next federal draw, then the federal PR target is six months. Base stream applications typically run 15–19 months.
My occupation isn't on any provincial list I've found. Does that mean PNP isn't an option?
Not necessarily. Provincial occupation lists change frequently, and some streams assess applications based on broader labour market needs rather than a fixed list. We review your NOC code against every active stream.
