The Terms and Conditions (T&C) contained herein along with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, form an Agreement regulating our relationship regarding the use of Nyone Travel and Immigration Pvt Ltd (91Travel) Products and Services by you.

 

Refund Policy

Amount once paid through the payment gateway shall not be refunded other than in the case of Multiple times debiting a customer’s card or customer’s account being debited with an excess amount in a single transaction. In such cases, the excess amount will be refunded to the customer.

 

Terms and conditions: Services:

  1. Visa Processing
  2. The First Party would assist and guide you towards getting the visa for the respective
  3. A Document checklist would be provided keeping in view the requirement of respective Embassy/High Commission etc.
  4. The First Party does not and cannot make any guarantees in context of approval or validity of any visa application made by you or by First Party on your behalf. The power to grant or refuse visa applications is only with the Immigration Office / High Commission only.
  5. First Party will assist you in a limited manner for filing application based on the information or documents provided by you and will not provide taxation, business, accounting, investment or other professional advice, courier, notary or services. First Party advises clients to seek separate independent professional advice regarding these
  6. In the event the immigration law is revised any time after the first party signed this agreement, anytime during the processing of the second party application and due to this change of law or immigration process is being removed/revoked and second party becomes ineligible to apply for the service signed up for, then the first party is not liable to rebate any amount which was paid as service fee by the second

 

2.  Communications

  1. When you visit First Party office, send e-mail (s) to us or communicate with us through any other mode (s) of communication; you agree that all such communications (including agreements, notices, disclosure, ) satisfy all legal requirements to be in writing.
  2. We will communicate with you by e-mail or any other mode of If you do not respond to any communication related to the provision of the Service within two (2) working weeks, the First Party has the right to terminate the services.

 

  1. While First Party tries its best to expedite case file to the respective Embassy/VFS as soon as possible, but it’s also important to note that we take between 15-30days (about 4 and a half weeks) to review all documents, after the client submit the entire documents before submitting the file either manually or online. Client agrees that he/she would not insist/put pressure to submit file which only would hamper visa acceptance charges.
  2. Once a client enrolls for process, he/she is expected to submit all the documents in 60days (about 2 months) time post signing the agreement. Failure to do so would invite additional charges/termination of services, whichever First Party management would be thought to be
  3. First Party doesn’t deal in any fraudulent documents including Education, fund maintenance, work experience etc. The client agrees First Party or any of its employees is not involved (directly or indirectly) in which manner it is possible for the
  1. Guarantee of Visa

We are a private company and we do not have the authority to grant you a visa of any kind. We can only assist and advise people who want to migrate or travel to their selected country. Please note that the final decision on all visa applications rests with the relevant Immigration Office / High Commission in each respective country

4.  Fees Payable

  1. a) Our fee does NOT include other costs which are part of the migration process such as Immigration application lodging fees courier fee, notary, medical and police checks, translation of documents, etc. As part of the process will set out for you, together with clarification as to when these costs are

5.  Refund Policy:

First Party services are best aimed to get the approval of visa. But in an unlikely situation of the visa rejection, no refund is applicable to the second party by the first party.

100% non-refundable for the following reasons

  • If you sign up for the service & change your mind later and decide to
  • 100% non-refundable if you do not wish to continue with our services.
  • 100% non-refundable if you fail to submit all the required documents within 60 days (about 2 months) of sign up.
  • Failure to provide required documents within 60 working days, then First Party has right to place the case on Temporarily hold, and after Temporary hold even if the Second Party do not submit the required documents to file the application within 30 working days, then First Party has right to close the case
  • 100% non-refundable if Failure of medicals by the client or his or her family members included in the

 

  • 100% non-refundable if the immigration law is revised any time after you have signed this agreement & due to this change of law or immigration process is being removed/revoked, you have become ineligible to
  • Failure to provide a genuine Police Clearance Certificate, which is not less than 6 months old.
  • Failure to prove sufficient funds for settlement or maintenance by the client or his or her family members included in the
  • Submission of fraudulent
  • Prior violation of any immigration or visa law by the client or any of his or her family members included in the
  • Late submission of any additional documents requested by the consulate at a later

6.  Due payment:

All due payment needs to be cleared on the date mentioned on the agreement copy. Failing to do so would attract a penalty up to 10,000 INR or closure of file at First Party.

7.  Complaints

  1. In case the user has any complaint (s) regarding our services or processes then he/she can approach us and get registered the First Party Complaints are handled by a team dedicated to resolving the queries and issues of clients regarding First Party. This team makes sure to cater to complaints in the best possible manner and provide solutions which result in the best services to clients.
  2. Only genuine complaints are dealt with by our team. First Party Complaints which are not genuine and are a result of client’s own negligence, misunderstanding or fault are not catered by First Party. Such non genuine complaints can be rejection of visa which can be due to non- submission of documents from client’s side, absence of client on interview date at immigration office resulting in visa rejection etc. In such cases, the First Party will not be responsible and complaints relating to these will not be adhered

8.  Confidentiality:

The First party will be solely responsible for the security of all the important documents submitted by the second party and will also make sure that such documents shall not be misused for any illicit activities. All disputes will be in the jurisdiction of Hyderabad.
